Snowball (Classic)
3,5oz Lemonade
0,75oz Freshly squeezed Lime juice
2oz By the Dutch Advocaat
Garnish: Lime zest twist • Glass: Collins
Instructions : Pour the lemonade and lime juice into an ice-filled glass and then the Advocaat, which will mostly sink through the other ingredients. Lightly stir to integrate while retaining the lemonade’s carbonation.
Champagne Snowball

2oz Brut Champagne
1oz Fino Sherry
0,5oz Rose’s lime cordial
2oz By the Dutch Advocaat
Garnish: Lime zest twist and dust with chocolate powder • Glass: Flute
Instructions: Pour Champagne into an ice-filled glass. Shake last ingredients with ice and strain over Champagne. Rich thick creamy egg yolk freshened with dry sherry, zesty lime cordial and invigorated with Champagne.

0,68oz Lime Juice
0,5oz Honey Syrup
0,5oz Banana Liqueur
2 dashes Classic Bitter
Instructions: Shake all with ice. Double strain over fresh ice in a large wine glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Instructions: Shake all with crushed ice. Pour in a large glass. Garnish with sprinkles and orange peel

0,17oz Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur
Instructions: Stir all with plenty of ice. Strain in a coupe or small wine glass. Garnish with a Pine.
Beach Blonde

1/2 Fresh Banana (peeled)
3oz By the Dutch Advocaat
1.5oz White overproof rum
3oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
Garnish: Banana chunk • Glass: Collins
Instructions: Blend the ingredients with a full scoop of crushed ice (±12oz). Pour into glass and serve with straws. A fruity, creamy holiday drink.

1,5oz By the Dutch Advocaat
1oz Triple sec liqueur
1oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
Top up with sparkling water or soda water
Garnish: Orange slice • Glass: Collins
Instructions: Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with water.
Nutty Summer

0,75oz Amaretto liqueur
0,75oz Coconut rum liqueur
0,75oz Fresh pressed pineapple juice
0,5oz Single cream / half-and-half
3 dashes of By the Dutch Orange Bitter

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. A flavoursome after-dinner tipple for summer.

0.34oz Lime Juice
2 dashes Ginger Bitters
Ginger Beer to top
Instructions: Shake all but ginger beer with plenty of ice. Strain in an ice-filled Highball glass. Top with ginger beer and gently stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick and candied ginger.
